Default Suspension or Extractors

This is just a quick poll as im torn between two items that i want for my car.

Suspension is as follows;
FORD TD/TC CORTINA REAR SUSPENSION SET UP, NEAR NEW . ONLY USED FOR 1000KMS . Set up includes 4 rear control arms(that have been boxed for strength and have nolathane bushes), 2 Kmac rear springs(that are 2,1/2 inch lowered) and 2 Koni ajustable rear shocks. the kit fits a Ford TD/TC cortina.
$260 (including postagae)

Extractors;
Precrossflow 250 Pacemaker Extractors, Available with single or dual outlets, Increase Horsepower and Torque by approx 10%-, Improves driveability, Improves Fuel Economy, Improves vehicle exhaust system note,
