Hope this turn out to be a false positive, unfortunately it's only going to be a matter of time...

Surely health authorities need to quarantine all foreigners from leaving the area, for example stay in an isolation/observation camp for 4 weeks before they can leave. As for the locals they will have to stay put, sounds harsh but I don't see any other way. |
