Default Which lights are better

Hay guys I have an au2 and fitting t3 kit when I decide to get the damn thing painted. Now my car is white and currently has these tail lights;

I found on ebay though for these lights it says "Tail lamps are ADR standard but not approved"? So im thinking if I get hit up the bum bum I might have no insurance.

After seeing this pic -> http://www.awcinfo.com/images/wallpa...ixr50small.gif

Im wondering if I should get these;

I got my current ones from burg and they have that little corner nick in the light which sucks.

So im wondering do I keep my current ones or get ones like on the xr50 car?
