Default Re: Motorised Esky Illegal?

Looking at the You Tube videos on motorised, esky/cooler/ice box it does seem, apart from some properly organised events, they attract a certain irresponsible bogan / redneck element and most appear to be driven on street with no helmets etc. Some on those videos are also being driven at considerable speed without adequate brakes or safe steering. But yes as kittle ids in the 50's we used to roll down steep footpaths on our hill trollies and yes even them some people used to complain. I guess the difference is we are talking about "adults" here and faster powered transport.
