yes you can buy stuff from over seas often cheaper, there is always some risk though in doing that,
as you don't always get what you ask for, and getting warranty or replacement on parts can be an inconvenience if it goes wrong .
if your unlucky enough to break down or need parts in a hurry , more often than not you won`t want to wait so you will end up paying full price..
