Default Ford focus 2008 automatic clunk from park to reverse

Hi all,

Back with some questions about the ford focus 2008 transmission.

First of all, is this a dual clutch transmission? and is this the 4F27E?

Lots of information about the US focus, not sure if its exactly the same in Australia.

Next, the problem. When moving from park to reverse there is a clunk sound coming from the front half of the car. Moving to reverse from any other gear is fine.
The clunk is the loudest when the reverse gear is selected after the car has been parked for awhile. The clunk is not too loud after it has been driven for awhile.
There is also always a slow hum/whine while the reverse transmission engages (about 1 second to engage). This can be heard almost all the time the car goes into reverse and from any gear.

I had replaced some fluid and the transmission fluid filter at the start of this year

Worried that my transmission is going to need a rebuild.

Thanks for reading!
