I am surprised to see there is no discussion about this subject. Many times we read or hear in the news about the affects of alcohol. Laws have been introduced to try and reduce the problem.
I rarely drink but when I do find that on very rare occasions I drink myself to a stupor. Last night was one of those occasions. It usually occurs when having a good time with friends and the alcohol is flowing freely over several hours. I never drink with the intention of getting plastered. But when drinking over such a long period it adds up and catches me out. It is not a situation I like to be in. Any AFF members have thoughts on this topic? How do you avoid getting yourself well and truly pickled? Should I just become a teetotaller?
