Default WT service specs

Hi all.

I am going to start servicing my WT 1.6 petrol myself and unlike all the cars I have owned in the past this one comes with a rubber type oil plug gasket. Unlike the old copper ones I am used to I am worried ill over tighten it and split it so anyone know the correct torque on the oil drain plug? I have a small torque wrench so might as well do it right

Also I am going to switch to Penrite HPR5 5w40 oil because I don't like the castrol oil Ford dealers use so anyone else use this in there fiesta?

Last thing is what is the best spark plugs to use and part numbers if you know them. I used platinums in my old car and 10 years latter they are still like new so I think ill go down the same path with this car unless people have had issues with other types of plugs.

Thanks for any advice.
