Have a read of the actual E.O.'s that Trump has signed since the 20th:
https://www.federalregister.gov/exec...ald-trump/2017 Although the "Refugee Ban" is still not a signed E.O. it is legal and once it gets passed (after some adjustment it would seem) this will be the intent in wording of it, as supplied by the Whitehouse. (This is a NYT article but the layout they were provided is consistent with the EO layout mentioned above). https://www.nytimes.com/2017/01/27/u...rump.html?_r=0 Perhaps some time should be spent by people (not just here but anyone across the globe thats watching CNN or reading the Sydney Morning Herald) to see what has actually been signed in, its purpose and objectives before jumping to media inspired hysterical reporting. I mean after all, being objective requires us to go straight to the point of origin and THEN begin to dissect for intent and function. You probably all know that these E.O.'s can be challenged by the SCOTUS approval which is a panel of supreme court judges. Its not Nazi Germany in case anyone thought otherwise. Daniel |
