So we all thought we knew how bad Holden and Ford were for customer service, Mercedes Benz Australia has just risen to the top.
Where else can you hear this on the Australian media, but for this man, again. If you wish to be informed, watch and be just that, if you think JC has been hard on Ford in the past, do not watch, there is always the “word association” thread to look at. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=026p6fWSw7M After watching this, it amazes me that Mercedes did not just replace his $113,000 vehicle, fix the problems with his lemon vehicle and then re sell it as a “Demonstrator” or used car depending on the number of K’s on it. Even ask for German technical help ! Everyone would have then been happy, no bad publicity from JC. The well healed buying public would be none the wiser. JC would have had more time to bag the poor service on other makes of cars. The madness and arrogance of Mercedes exposed, but then again maybe in this day and age, even the well healed have 9 day memories.
