Hello,
A little bit of a take on my " first LP " thread! I saw a lot of bands live,a hell of a lot,Aussie,NZ,Yank and pommie bands all or most in Sydney. First Oz band was Billy Thorpe and the Aztecs, at Granville Town Hall from memory in 1970. First international band was Led Zeppelin in 73-74 at the SCG,later on Deep Purple and Slade, forget where and of course the great Thin Lizzie on the steps of the Opera House that was when Stevie Wright performed Evie, parts 1,2 and 3. Too cool..... Cheers Billy. |
