Default Bling'd Explorer ..

Was filling up the SV8 yesterday when a "bling-bling" V8 Explorer roared into the garage (I always love people who speed thru a petrol station!). It was basically a nice looking vehicle, and sounded great (twin system) .. but I can't get over the 20"+ wheels and gold badges and whatnot. The guy jumps out looking like he's a member of a boy-band or something. I had to look around to make sure they weren't filming a video clip! I live in a regional town which makes it look all the more ridiculous. It might blend in down Lygon St, but not here amoungst the utes, etc ..

I know it's all a matter of personal taste, but to me these modifications are just the Naughies version of the Seventies pimp'd Caddies .. something we'll look back on and laugh ..

Rod.
