im a bit of a novice so go easy on me and my stupid question.
I lowered my car 1.5 inches using Kings superlows(rear) lows (front) bout 7-8 months ago, but didnt get the shocks changed. With nearly 196000kms the factory shocks have finally given up on me, so earlier this week i went down to jax/quikfit to get new shocks. I was told to get the Monroe gas front struts and gas rear shocks, supplied and fitted for $500... I am very happy with the ride now, stiff, without being uncomfortable, and no body roll, BUT the car now looks like its a 4wd, the ride height looks horrible, what are my options? Can something be done to the existing springs to bring it down a bit? or do i have to purchase new springs and lower it 2-2.5 inches to make it look right again. here is a pic of my car before the new shocks went in. http://fordforums.com.au/showpost.ph...postcount=1238 thanks in advance russell |
