Default drilling oversize hole in plastic

Never liked the position of front parking sensors so after kangaroo encounter and new bumper on the FG I thought Id position them in new place so drilled a hole in each fog light shroud and each side of the lower grill.... all good for 19mm then found 2 of the sensors were damaged so Ebayed new ones.....

faaaarrrt ordered wrong size and 22mm arrived.

So how can I cleanly redrill the 19mm holes to 22mm or am I better with a drill bit in the 19mm hole and just ground it out.
