Hi Asteele-XR6.

Is that 7.8 figure an indicated number or a calculated value based on tank to tank fills?

Either way for a Mondeo diesel with mostly highway driving it seems very high, unless the "highway" is inner city freeways at peak hour.

Our car does 75% country highway driving in "light" traffic and typically shows 5.2 litres/100km indicated but I know that is an optimistic figure. A tank to tank fill typically shows 5.6. Your stated figure is 40% worse than mine.

I was getting low 6s figures in the MA previously (also a diesel same engine lower tune) so at the figures you show I would be looking for a some answers.

Hopefully you can find an answer
