Default Given the Wrong Information

Hi Everyone,
Now Because Goulburn NSW is a small town and we only have a few car Dealers in Town i wont write were i took my Mondeo to but most of you will guess anyway.

As a lot of you know i love my car and its done now 362921 ks. Two weeks ago i heard a noise and took it this place to get checked out.
I asked them also " can you also check the Power Steering Pump as i think its making a noise also.

I picked the car up in the afternoon and was told "the Power Steering Pump and the Power Steering is all ok.
They told me " The noise is bearings in the engine and it needs a full rebuild".

They never offered to fix my car or even give me a price and just told me to take it to a engine rebuilder.
I found a really nice down to earth guy who checked the car out last Tuesday and then phoned me and told me the trouble.

It needed two new pulleys on the Idler and Tensioner and new belt and the Power Steering Pump had to be replaced also as it was noisy.

The motor it self was perfect he said, it cost $1,288 but he did a great job and the car again is very quite.
