2 weeks of attempts and mower #3. The jungle next door finally got mown. Albeit mown high. Im going to take a punt and say the bloke who did it wasnt a profesional, just because a profesional you'd like to think would have reliable equipment. It will be interesting to see what measures will have to be taken to extract the 2 rotted out cars in the yard. The side passage which would have been used to get them in was blocked years ago by a shed.
