Setting an end date is good. It gives those who want to vaccinate the opportunity to do so and the rest of society the ability to get on with it. No mandatory % of the population should be reached; we're seeing 'breakthrough' cases (aka vaccine failure) in high vaccinated countries like Israel. ADE is another issue for the high vaccination rates, we'll see how that pans out over the next 12-24 months.

Most people aren't believing the perpetual state of fear governments are trying to drum into the citizenry anymore. 18 months on and the world is getting on with it.
