You mean the "referendums" facilitated by a hostile occupying force where armed Russian troops escorted election officials door to door and observed people voting? Well, they were literally in violation of the Constitution of Ukraine, international humanitarian and human rights laws, and the UN charter.

If not, probably also violate the Hague Regulations (1907) and the Geneva Convention.

Very telling that the only sovereign nation to recognise the results of the sham was North Korea.

Doubt they give it any thought. Do you really think that if NATO were to be drawn into taking defensive action in Ukraine that the US or any other NATO country would need to resort to conscription? I seriously cannot see it.

Again, I know his videos are a long death by PowerPoint, but if you were to watch just the 2-3 minutes on 'Manpower' from 16 minutes 40-odd seconds you would see that troop numbers are unlikely to be an issue for NATO (watch the full vid and you will see it is equipment and ammo that could need solution).
