Default Momo wheel and gear knob

G'day all,

A couple of weeks ago I was fortunate enough to pick up a nice original AU Series 2 XR8 sedan. The car is a factory manual transmission and came optioned with the Momo steering wheel and gear knob from Tickford.

The steering wheel is showing a fair bit of wear and unfortunately the gear knob was probably similarly worn and has been replaced with an aftermarket knob sometime in its life.

Firstly I'm just wondering if anyone has had any experience with getting one of these Momo wheels refurbished, or have any recommendation regarding steering wheel refurbishment generally.

Secondly, I'm keen to pick up a genuine Momo shifter knob. Even a well worn example would suffice as I could hopefully get that refurbished at the same time as the wheel if it's doable.

Cheers,

Russ.
