Has anyone with an Ecoboost Mondeo experienced the cooling fan failing to turn off after turning off the car? This just happened to me today, engine cooling fan kept running for 10-15 minutes after turning off the car, and didn't turn itself off. Restarted the car several times during the day, yet the issue still recurs whenever I turn off the car. It's not a particularly hot day either, and engine temps showed normal on the gauge.
Ultimately, I decided to disconnect the battery to stop it from draining the battery. Has anyone got any ideas?
