Back in those days, all the manufacturers had punny names for their colours. I remember Chrysler had Bondi Bleach & Thar She Blue. Holden had Infra Red, Yellow Dolly, Plum Dinger & Lettuce Alone, not forgetting Strike-Me-Pink.
Yes with the Targa Florio there was more than just the Green colour, there was also the Blue & Nutmeg (Metallic Brown). Dr Terry |
