Default GQ Nissan Patrols and Hyundai Elantras

Goodmorning all.

I have finally convinced the old lady that a Hyundai Elantra isnt a suitable car for a farmer and as such am going about trying to work out how we can get rid of her car, and get a 4WD on the cheap.

Was just wondering how much you would think a 2000 Hyundai Elantra GLS Sedan with 125 000kms on the clock would sell for? I have a figure in mind, but I'll keep it to myself for now so as not to influence your answers.

One of the vehicles which has been looked at as a replacement is the GQ Nissan Patrol 4.2. We are currently looking at a 1992 model GQ Ti.

The 4.2L engine has a reputation for being a thirsty beast to say the least, and I was wondering if anyone could give me an idea as to how much it would cost to put it on Dual Fuel? I have seen conversions go for around the $2500 mark... is this as low as they go?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Now I am going back to bed. :voldar02:
