This 'Keeping Fit' culture's been around for a while now, and we're told to exercise more and keep in shape.
You see it all the time. Groups of Middle-aged Women doing there power walks with matching drink bottles, increasing numbers of lycra clad Women and Men on there pushy's, etc. So after a day of swinging off a hammer, busting your back with a shovel, or sitting in an office frying your retinas in front of a Monitor all day, etc,... do any of you get out when you get home and go for a walk or go to the gym? Or is it case of getting home, throwing the shoes off, and saying, "that's me done for the day". So, with the above in mind. What's your Fitness/Exercise culture? PS:Im new here so hello to everyone.Blood orange BAXR8,full leather, tint, premium sound. |
