Nice car! What does the litttle logo in front of the rear wheel say? You should get clear side indicators next.

i think it says ASV Signature Series or something like that
Also, I can't seem to see the LPG tank in the second picture. Is that just my eyes?

I haven't seen LPG mentioned anywhere or did I miss something?
So is ASV Signature Series (or whatever it is) a special dealer model or something?

no lpg guys but pdiddy is right about salters (marooka, aka 'magic mile')
firstly, i dont like car yards but i was out looking for ideas. the AU was apparently their internet special to draw customers into the yard, i was just looking around, not intending to buy anything until i stumbled upon it. firstly, i wasnt allowed to test drive the vehicle, only inspect it. this is no good way of buying a car but it was definately cheap (under $15k we will say) and they offered a complete parts & servicing 3 month warranty after purchasing the vehicle. i bought the vehicle expecting some problems but wasnt terribly worried because of the warranty. the drive home was perfect. couple of days later i found whilst turning hard on the steering (hehe..) there was a sharp knock; ball joints. i rang the yard, reminding them about my warranty, they grudgingly paid for parts & labour. no mechanical problems since though, besides some stupid things on my part like a flat battery or trans. oil! BTW: car's done just over 220K and everything is smooth. i keep to good fuel (bp ult. from day one) regular oil & filter changes check tyre pressures home service checks (coolant, brakes, filters, ware, etc..) edit: i was going to remove the ASV stamps but others seem to like them (go figure) and since i want to sell soon it may well add to my resale (rice) value. in the market for another AU that i wont have to worry about scratching or dirt scuffs (*c'mon black car owners spill your pain!*) =) |
