Spotted this Fez parked outside Lazy Moe's in Maribyrnong last Wednesday.
Sorry for the crap pics; it was getting dark and I only had my mobile phone camera. It was an Aquarius (I think) WP LX with the factory body kit & spoiler, nice twin-tip exhaust, colour-coded Mattig headlight covers, aftermarket tail-lights, stock wheels & plastic hubcaps, and - get this - a fake bonnet scoop. I thought the car looked all right, even with the stock wheels, but that damned scoop ruined the whole effect. It didn't even fit properly - there were gaps between the bonnet and the ends of the scoop. If this car belongs to anyone here on the boards, please: rip that scoop right off, get some nice rims and you'll have a schmick ride.

Nice car, Have seen it in the Flesh, but his biggest mistake was in thinking that that scoop looked good...

hmm perhaps I am a loser, but I think the bonnet suits a little bonnet vent.. mind you I wouldn't put it there unless there was a reason :-)

Big no no to the scoop and rear lights. Just got to love the factory taillights
Needs something like that on the bonnet! Or an XR8 bulge! ps: I was kidding...

Oh dear.......
I don't get it. How can someone do that to a car. Lower it a bit, put a nice set of rims on it and you have a pretty nice car. |
