g,day all, one for the ute owners amongst us, my alloy sports bar is looking tatty so i want to take it out and refurbish it. (i'm getting it blasted and powder coated white, to match my paint) i thought it would be simple, but i tried un doing the bolts that locate it and one behind the cab came out and a nut fell through to the floor, now i can't get that nut between the tub and cab and i chickened out and did the others up.
is there a specific way to remove and even more important, refit this bar assembly?? thanks in advance all. paul.

When I had my ute I let them fall out and replaced them with riv-nuts. Makes life a lot easier when you remove it next time.

20min i can take yours off B2TF. PM me and i'll come and do it.
It's pretty straight foward to take off. 6 bolts total 2 are panel screws at the cab end. and 4 are nut and bolt or bolt and threaded tab depending on the model. ORB.
