Just Changed The Idle Air Control Valve Do I Need To Do Anything Else I Tried The Black Knob On The Side But It Didnt Seem To Bring The Idle Up Or Down Do I Need To Reset The Ecu Or Will It Be Ok

leave it alone mate. Get in the car and turn the air conditioning on.If the cars revs hold without the car stalling then it is working.

if it's not idling properly now try an ecu reset i recomend this when you make any changes makes the car behave so much better

It idles crap because the base idle needs adjusting or there is some other fault. If you disconnect the battery on any Falcon for more than a few minutes and then it wont idle, then there is something wrong.

mine has had a bit of a rough idle since i got a flat batt.
i reckon if i clean the throttle body/isc and reset base idle it should be sweet. im just too lazy
