Hi folks,
Mod bug struck. Wanting to run my ideas past a few people.... AU3 XR8. Currently stock bar twin 2.5inch cat back system. Looking at a extractors/cam/tune package to begin with. Extractors Either PH 4001s or HM103SS. I can source the HMs very cheaply through REPCO. Any reason not to go HM? Cams Not much experience here... but cut it down to the Crow 621371 or Crane 2030 or 2031. As the money and time becomes right hope to build on the XR. Will remain a Sunday driver. Any advice, opinions or feedback appreciated. Cheers, Ian

Yeah I'll be getting it done at the same time.
I wasn't aware of them being HM headers. I'll get in touch with HM. Any feedback on the cams? Cheers

Leave the cam till later on, do exhaust, intake before, then heads, could do cam when you do the heads.

Already has the SS CAI kit. Heads were something I was looking at in the near future. What do you suggest heads before cam? Cheers

You can do the head and cam at the same time. You don't have to and if you don't do the head first.
