G'day all
I've got an AUII ute. The main petrol line seems to have come off from the connection at the top of the tank (Very wierd cause it happened while i was going along). When i turn the ignition on the petrol spurts out. I'm not sure if the clip has just come off or if its broken. anyhow its pretty hard to get to and i was wondering how easy it is to take the tray off and get a better look? Its got the plastic tub liner, but i dont know whats under that. I've spoken to a mechanic and he reckoned i could loosen the straps holding the tank up and get at it from the top, i've taken the rear wheel off and can get at it through there but its very tight. Has anyone seen this problem before or have any idea what might have happened. |
