Baiscally .. a Standard Motor is as it says - Standard .. It will only hold about 6 - 8 Psi Roughly , anything more .. your going to have to build a better bottom end with an ACL Race Kit and Some Better Pistons and acutally Pump $10k minimum to make it worth it ...
OR.. Just spend the time to build a nice and easy 220rwkw weapon that will run easily on 6psi and still be as competitive as a Stock XR6t .. Here for instance is what im doing ..
Cheers Daniel

Hey champ about the conversion of a ba engine into ur car can be done but like everyone has said it costs a bit coz i know coz im in nearly at the end of my ba turbo engine conversion in my ea falcon. Its been off the road for nearly 5 months now coz i have been stuffed round by ppl and its cost me more than i thought it would. but i reckon it would look phat as if it went into ur ute...

The stock XR6T cooler has a fairly high pressure drop across it, cooling capabilities aren't too bad, but might be worth looking into a water to air cooler. There is a mob on ebay that sell them at a reasonable cost (unlike capa) and with only a 0.5psi drop against IIRC 3.5 psi drop of the xr6t cooler.

i think the cheaper items just dont like HIGH boost(20+psi) applications
but for most falcon setups they are fine

Whats that mean , You dont need Engine Management like Wolf or LINK , you can just use the Flash Tuner ? COS THAT WOULD BE SUPER ..
Ok .. Ive hit a Stail Mate .. The Best Price i could find on a Half Decent t-o4e Styled Manifold is -- Wait -- $1200 .. Stainless and everything .. Might Keep loooking . Flash Tuner looks Promisiing

id goto snort or 6boost for the manifold
the OTHER question is internal or external wastegate internal = less piping and less cost external = more piping but better quality and potential and more safer boost control (internal wastegates arnt exactly BIG not flow well) theres always turbo E series for sale complete etc for under 7k on the other forums around so it will come with EVERYTHING good luck

Well .. just got intouch with a Guy who makes Turbo Manifolds ..
6 into 1 t4 flange is $320 , But it might be a Litlle More , considering thats for a BA motor .. so id need a Old manifold for the Attactement to the motor .. Still , Sounds better than the $1200 option ! Turbos are Still good .. I got 2 Days before http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI....MEWA:IT&ih=007 finishes .. Cant Wait Just waiting on the Info for the manifold !
