Default banned ip's on a shared connection

I think someone has been banned from this site whilst using it at Swinburne Uni, as now no one who is using the uni's connection can access this site, as the IP been blocked. Can this please be fixed, thankyou.

Yep I coped it the other day (Tuesday)when I went to have a quick look through of the site, at the hawthorn campus. It said your IP address has been blocked. Please contact admin.

Plext, I know you say if drama from there occurs again, it gets locked, but there are about 300ish computers all over the uni. What was the problem in the first place?

Cheers
