Default Power socket noise

okay i know this has ben answered somewhere bt i can;t find it. I am pretty sure it has smething to do with bad earth... but not sure and don;t know what to do to fix it.

When ever i plug in my gps or ipod to charger it and plug it in the the AUX i get cronic electrical noise through the stereo. It's only whn i plug it into the power socket. What can i do to stop it. It's the standard AUX addon. not the amped one. The noise is not there if i just hook up the ipod or gps.

Any help would be great.

Cheerz guys.
