I'm suprised that a lot of people can get over 50,000 in one year. It has taken me 3 years to do 50,000, and I always thought I did a fair bit of driving. (I did over 600kms per week in 2003).

I'm amazed at what some of these taxis do. After recently being in an AUII taxi, it had done 750,000kms. It would be a 4 or 5 year old car by now, but to do 550,000 kms more than a car 10 years older is just amazing.

In my work ute, I've done about 75000km's this year. That's 6 days a week, most weeks, from home in Ballarat to work in Essendon via Footscray, and back again. Makes the day fairly long. I work from 6.30am to 5.00pm. Good argument for dedicated gas BA's doing them K's.
As for my much loved XY, I've had that a year now and I've only done about 1000 K's in that. I'd like the time to do more.

Got the EB back in Feburary of this year, and have put more than 10,000kms on it since then. Up to it's second service since I've owned it, bloody cars. I'd hate to own a low KM car, would feel guilty racking up the kms...
