Pre-paid for fuel, Definitely said PREMIUM, was sold ULTIMATE.
I was not going to fight, but hell, I'm angry!!!
How many other have been targeted????

I think you need to look up what theft means in the dictionary.

But apart from that, is it worth getting you panties in a bunch over something so trivial? You were sold petrol of a higher octane rating at about ~5c per litre more. Is that the jist of your anger?

The last several thousand times I filled my car, I picked up the pump and stuck it into my tank, if I accidently chose the wrong bowser, it would have been my fault. I also can't determine octane ratings by the bouquet of the petrol, so how is it that you were sold premium but received ultimate; and how did you know it wasn't premium?
