Default Oh..What a Feeling

I had my first experience with Toyota sevice today when I had to take my daughter's Toyota Aurion in for a service for her. Boy oh boy what an eye opener it was.
First off the car was booked in for what Toyota call call their "Express Service". You bring the car in at a set time and it is serviced there and then. You are introduced to the technician doing the service and you can discuss any problems you have. That's a plus for a start.
Next you go sit in the lounge and can have a coffee or tea with a free bickie if you want, watch TV, have a read or whatever and look out the window at your car being serviced. Nice!
After the service the car was taken for a test run and I was invited to go along with the technician. Another big tick to Toyota.
Last of all the car is taken out the back and given a clean inside and out and away you go after payment of the set price fee that you were quoted when you booked the vehicle in for the service.
Wish it was like this when I take my Ford Territory Turbo Ghia in for it's service.
All I get there is the standard "They all do that" answer with blank looks and don't really care attitude.
As for the Toyota Aurion....if only Ford could screw them together as well as these Toyota's are without the added extras like rust, clunky front ends, and free rattles that Ford throw in free of cost.
Finally you don't have to look to far to see why Ford is going backwards in sales....nice cars, great to drive but the quality and service....aghhh! "Oh what a feeling". Come on Ford....get your act together.

Cheers Ziggy

You forgot to mention the coma like state you have to be in to tolerate owning/Driving a Toyota.
