I have taken possession of a Company Territory and I have an XR6 that I have to get rid of now as I can't afford to have both the XR6 is a Silver one it has a small scratch on the left hand back wheel arch other than than is in very good order we spent a day detailing the the car and it is looking very good. What I wanted to know what would be a fair price to ask for it I was thinking around 16K. Perhaps someone can advise. I do have photo's but wasn't sure how to post them up.

KM on the ODO is probably more important than photos in determining a value.

is turbo? what options does it have, how many kms, what condition is the interior, service history, any problems. Answer these questions then you can come up with a price, go on carsales.com and check out similar cars to see what they're asking.

feb 06 XR6 so it's a mk 1 yeh?
From what I can see on carsales of 2006 BF XR6 with your kms in QLD, they range from 16-17k to 22k. So if you are after a quick sale 16 is a reasonable price, I think if you arent desperate you could get 17-18 depending on condition etc.

It's an Auto the manual that came with the car says MK2 the reason i'm trying to sell is that I now have a Company Territory and I must say i'm impressed with it it is a AWD and is very nice to drive I rang a local Ford place and they said that they would give me 14K so that was why I thought that 16K would be fair..

If it is a MKII it will say so on the build plate, or simpler than that, it will have a MKII badge on the boot lid (under the Falcon badge). If it is a Feb 2006 it is definitely not a MKII, as Eu-genixX said, MkII came out in Oct 06.
Also, is it a 4 speed auto, or 6 speed auto? a 6 speed auto should make it easier to sell for a slightly higher price (think more like 17k) but if it is a 4 speed, 16k is right on the money.

Have been doing some research and am a bit cheesed off the book that the dealer gave me with the car is for a MK2 but after a bit of research after you guys put it to me it looks like you are right the build date is Feb 06 and there is no MK2 badge so one can only assume that it is a MK1 thanks guys would never have realized ..
