Default Trackday!

Ladies and Gentlemen lend me your ears!

Autosports is organising a trackday at Wakefield Park, Monday 24th of October :evilsasmo

Cost is $85 a head plus $40 for a Wakefield Licence on the day or you can apply for a CAMS Licence, They have Helmet hire available and onsite accomodation if you wish to stay the night before.

long sleeve shirts and long pants are par for the day!!

yep, Wakefield is at Goulburn. About a 2.5 hour drive from Sydney down the Hume Highway.

If my RS2000 was on the road, I would been keen. If some members want to get together and go down, I'll consider maybe putting my modified CL up against them... but I'll be wishing I had my RS2000.

I've pencilled in this date and look forward to "taking to the track". Have had the good fortune to do a few laps there in various racecars in the past. Once with none other than the Weatherman from Sunrise, Grant Denyer in his former Falcon V8Brute and another time in a former Prod. Car Holden (I'm sorry) VY SS.

Wakefield Park also issued me with a Clubcomp Licence. So i've got that covered.
