Im talking about the high octane factor. With new small machinery now days the manufacturer recomends using basic unleaded as the little pistons and rings and valves and so on cant handle the super fast revving from high octane fuels especially now that lightweight metals are used.
I nearly ceased my whippy once as I used premium unleaded- revved its lungs out then stopped due to the piston expanding in the head. It worked again after it cooled down and was using basic unleaeded.
