Default Belgarath the Sorcerer

Anyone read The Belgariad and The Malloreon, and Belgarath the Sorcerer, and Polgara the Sorceress, by David and Leigh Eddings?

For those who haven't, think Kings and castles and wizards (called sorcerers in these books) and Gods who once walked the earth.

Mrs Frog and I like this genre of fiction and we were thinking, if these tales were brought to life on the screen (like Lord Of The Rings), who might play the characters? I don't know of any plans by Hollywood, just a pipe dream of mine! Any ideas??
