go aftermarket EL GT front bar... or genuine if you can find one.. will look a heap more factory

The pic is a bit small, but, I would revert back to the original headlights if you want the spotlights.

Also with the front air dam, perhaps hit the metal with some matt black spray paint as I think it will look a bit cleaner.

I have a typhoon style bar on my ED and it come with driving lights
have a look on E-Bay and you will find a pic of a RED ED XR6 with the front bar and driving lights .

I think it looks great. Maybe use some BA GT-P surrounds?

Where can we see some more pics of your car? I haven't seen any for a couple of years, right back when you were putting on the bonnet bulge.

their old pics, with no mesh, i did put some supercheap mesh in, but looked cheap.
got some stainless stuff coming from states.......
