Hi all,
Hoping someone here can help me out. I have a Mk1 2 door escort I'm restoring and and need to get the seats retrimmed. I've looked all over the place to get some new black seat covers, including the UK and haven't come accross anything for the seats I have. How do I upload pics here?? They are high back, not roll tops or scheel, headrests are part of the main back of the seat. So my questions are does anyone know what model the seats below are out of? And where can I get a pair of these and rear seat retrimmed in black vinyl at a competitive price? Would really appreciate your help on this... Last edited by tquarrell; 25-11-2011 at 10:01 AM. To add an attachment, click the 'go advanced' button, and there's a 'manage attachments' button in the lower section. This will popup a window to upload the files.
The seats sound like the factory ones. I got red/black ones from Supercheap. They also had blue/black, grey/black and black/black at the time. Not sure what they have in stock lately. Brand was: Sterling Mesh Racing FX. Size 60/25

going by the description only they sound like they could be the standard mk1 seats, may even be mk2 seats. do they look like these:
mk1  or these mk2  thse guys do some of the material for the old escorts http://www.aldridge.co.uk/
