Default Factory storage

Outdoor space in secure area outside my factory.
Basically the bloke I used to share with was a truck driver, but he had to get out for family reasons, do there is unused space which is costing
Me money.

It's about 6 car spaces, store whatever you'd like. Last person stored a truck and a few bobcats/backhoes.

Looking for $500 month, key supplied to front gate, to be paid on the 28th of each month.

Pretty relaxed atmosphere, a few well known people sharing the factory.

Any questions just ask.
Pictures can be supplied.

Located in West Heidelberg (VIC)

Price drop. Looking for $400 month.

Will even take people wanting to store single items for $100 month.

I don't know how you'd go - whilst your area might be about 100sqm - you can get storage facilities who will house a full house worth's of furniture for about $150/month.....
