Default making CAI - how big is stock MAF and doest it matter how far up/down it is?

i have a 3" 60 degree bend and 2ft 3" straight. I know ill need a silicon adaptor to go into the 65mm TB, but what about the MAF? What size are they in 200kw stock form? Does it matter how far up or down the MAF goes on the pipe after the bend?

70mm. Keep it as close to factory position as you can. I used 3" ID silicone joiners at both ends and some hose clamps, it worked well.

More to the point, you want the MAF to be as far away from any bends as possible.. Other then that, any location is fine...
