Ok, so I'm not very good at this sort of stuff.
I've put dn auxillary audio input into my SY territory, and want to hook up the Parrot 3200 Bluetooth that is in there as well. I've bought the wiring loom/switch from ASL that allows you to have 2 aux inputs hooked up, and be able to toggle them with the switch. I've managed to get the aux audio input hooked up to it easily, but I cannot for the life if me work out how to plug the Bluetooth system in as well! There doesn't seem to be a plug that fits it at all. Is it possible this Bluetooth kit is hooked up differently and won't work with this switch? Or am I just missing something here... |

Hi. Just had a look at the parrot instructions and it doesn't look like ti can stream music over bluetooth but if it does just work out what the 3 earth wires are in your aux input harness and connect them all together and then connect the low level inputs to the last 2 connections. Cheers MD

I just want to use the Pareot as a hands free for my phone, not to stream music through. I've got the direct AUX 3.5mm cord for music.

I Probably should have explained myself a little better.
When I bought the car, the Parrot was already installed and working fine. I then bought an auxillary input kit from ford so I could plug an iPod directly in, with a 3.5mm cable. To install that though, I had to disconnect the Parrot. I called and was told a just needed a loom with 2 auxillary inputs and a toggle switch, to switch between the Parrot and the IPod/audio connection. I can't find how to plug the Parrot into the loom that I was told to buy though. |

Hi. The parrot only plugs into the 4 pin plug that has the power, earth and mute wires and the 2 pin plug for a speaker output to the icc. The 5 pin aux socket is not used for phone installs. you may need a splitter for the 4 pin plug if you have a powered aux input setup. Cheers MD
