have a crack yourself bunnings sell a fiberglass repair kit, read the instructions and away you go. Obviously it will need to be painted, so any panel shop could fix it for you and paint. With fiberglass bumpers I like to crack them as much as I can stand it then buy a new bumper, why pay to have a repaired bumper painted when its easier and cheaper to have a new one painted.
What car and what bar? |

Is the crack due to a one off impact or has it built up and extended over time? There may be certain stresses and strains that hone in on that area and if that is the case you will need to remove the bumper and try and strongly re-enforce the back to not allow the crack to re-develop.

Bargain, take a piece of your old one off to colour match and get it painted before fitting.

I would think any beater could fix it, they will just grind out the crack and load it up mat and resin and sand it up when it goes hard, then the usual process of touching up with fillers and paint.
