Default Some Random Work Photos

I have been out the work site and decided to post some recent photos....

Sinking a caissson

Slowly getting all 56 caissons in place

Jack Up Barge allowing access for crews to prepare bearings pads and install bearings.

1100 tonne capacity floating crane to lift the Roadways and PAR's into position.

One of the pre assembled units coming in ready to moved up to the plant.......its just one big jigsaw puzzle

A random shot....

Another unit ready for transport, to give it some scale, that's a 75 tonne crane beside it

Oil / Gas pipelines? Excuse the noob question but I have little to no idea what I'm looking at here haha.

Its an LNG Plant with a 2.1 KM loading jetting, also supplying WA domestic gas supply for the next 50 years. Gas is sourced under the ocean, 46 trillion cubic feet of it

Silly question, but why isn't there a camp set up on land?

Great shots, BTW.

Not a silly question at all, there is another camp on the Island which holds approximately 4000 people but is used by the companies building the actual plant. All of us on the jetty project stay on the two accommodation barges.
