I just bought a 9.98 Fairmont on dual fuel.
I filled the LPG, but it won't start or run on gas, but then there is no power to the solenoids, except when I hotwire them (I have only found two, not three ) I'm thinking there are fuses blown, but I cannot find any to check. I guess it could also be a faulty relay. Can someone please give me info on where to look for them and what they look like. Thanks Keith |

Aftermarket installations can be a pain to troubleshoot, everything depends on how good the install was you'll have to jyst keep searching I guess.
The way lpg prices are going unless it's a cheap and easy fix you'd have to wonder if it's worth it though. Sent from my GT-I9300T using Tapatalk 2 |

Found and fixed
Actually found FIVE separate coils or solenoids---NO fuses The culprit was the big blue coil that sits on the converter itself (BRC AT90E) It was open circuit - just dead - so I replaced it with a new one and BINGO - Car idles and runs VERY nicely on gas too. The rest of the system is obviously working as it should. Thanks anyway guys. |
