Default Custom made hard lids

I currently have a project on the go ( PX Ranger tub camper trailer) and I will need a custom made hard cover for the tub. Basically what I want is a hard cover that is about 250mm tall. I also want it to come over the front edge of the tub, as well as the other 3 like normal, so that it is harder for water to enter on the leading edge when being towed. It will be lifted by 4 linear actuators instead of being hinged at the front.

My question is, who does that sort of work?
