If your a true home owner you wouldnt be debating if property prices have skyrocketed. Its a fact that prices have skyrocketed.

You didnt buy in timbucktu did you? Even if you did it, it went up too.

That was terrible for home owners, i recall those days, was only good for deposit savers with generous interest of 15 to 16% returns . but for home owners ouch!!!

In history-its never gone down!
I agree there has been slumps in the market, but as an overall Property is the best investment most will see.
